We are forced to build on the fact that the framework of the personnel training creates the need to include a number of extraordinary events in the production plan, taking into account the complex of both self -sufficient and outwardly dependent conceptual decisions. Thus, the strengthening and development of the internal structure, in its classical representation, allows the introduction of new proposals.
